🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS for most orders unless otherwise requested. You’ll receive tracking information for your shipment as soon as it’s available. (Note: Free promotional items may not include tracking.)

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day.

  • Custom t-shirts are made to order and may take longer to process.

  • DIY Mum Boxes require a 3-day processing time.

  • During homecoming season, processing may increase to up to 48 hours due to high order volume.

📦 Shipping Time Estimates

  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Priority and rush shipping options are available at checkout.

🇺🇸 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

💵 Shipping Rates

  • Some items include free shipping (noted on the product page).

  • All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🔄 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no charge. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
